Melissa Lyckberg is a graduate of Stanford University, and has been licensed Broker since 1980. During this time, she has closed more than 400 transactions, consistently being in the top echelon of productive agents. This has given her the experience necessary to recognize and handle complex situations.

Some of her favorite causes are: Grameen Foundation and Trickle Up (microcredit organizations dedicated to ending world poverty), Save The Redwoods, Marin Agricultural Trust and The Nature Conservancy (ecological issues) and is an advocate of animal rights (SPCA, Second Chance, and Humane Society). Melissa has three dogs, and lives with her husband Bruce in Point Reyes Station.

Appreciating the beauty of nature is something that makes Melissa happy. Her commute from her home in West Marin to her office in Greenbrae takes her through some of Marin’s loveliest valleys – San Geronimo, Lucas Valley and the Pt Reyes Petaluma Road are three of her commutes. She never tires of the gorgeous vistas en route to her office.

Melissa has twice served as our real estate agent during the purchase of a home. In 1993, Melissa represented us in the purchase of our first home in Berkeley.
